About the role
You operate as a senior analytics professional who leads analytical initiatives and partners directly with stakeholders to shape data-informed strategy for our global clients. You drive the design and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that enable clients to understand performance, identify opportunities, and make confident business decisions with clarity and precision. You work closely with consultants, data engineers, developers, designers and clients across multiple engagements, owning analytical problem-solving from discovery to delivery while mentoring junior analysts and helping establish best practices across data modeling, experimentation, and reporting. You are deeply curious, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating ambiguity as you translate complex business problems into structured analysis, proactively surface insights, and influence decisions through clear communication and thoughtful storytelling that drives measurable impact.

What you'll do
Partner with client and internal stakeholders to define business questions, success metrics, and measurement strategies that align analytics with strategic objectives.
Lead analytical projects end-to-end including discovery, data validation, analysis, and presentation of actionable recommendations that influence executive decision-making.
Design and implement scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive and operational decision-making that provide clarity and transparency into performance.
Develop and maintain metric definitions, documentation, and analytics standards across engagements to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability in analytical outputs.
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify drivers, opportunities, and risks across product and business performance using rigorous methods and exploratory techniques.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation strategies, including statistical interpretation and recommendations that guide optimization and innovation.
Collaborate with data engineers to design data models and ensure reliable, high-quality reporting layers that support scalable and efficient analytics workflows.
Mentor junior analysts and review analytical work to ensure quality, rigor, and adherence to best practices across the team and client engagements.
Communicate insights through clear narratives, visualizations, and executive-level presentations that translate complex findings into compelling and actionable stories.
Identify and implement improvements to analytics workflows, governance, and data quality processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and trust in analytical results.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, product analytics, or consulting analytics role that has provided exposure to complex analytical challenges.
Strong SQL expertise and experience querying cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery to build performant and maintainable data queries.
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar language for data analysis, automation, and scripting to support repeatable and scalable analytical processes.
Advanced experience with Business Intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create intuitive and insightful dashboards and reports.
Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and analytics architecture concepts to design robust and efficient analytical structures.
Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and decision metrics that align business objectives with analytical measurement and evaluation.
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical interpretation, to derive reliable conclusions and recommendations.
Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, break them into analytical components, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Experience working directly with stakeholders and presenting to leadership audiences to communicate findings, influence buy-in, and support data-driven decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence decisions through clear, concise, and persuasive communication with cross-functional partners.
Experience mentoring analysts or reviewing analytical work to elevate team capability, ensure quality, and maintain high standards of analytical rigor.
