You will own the technical execution and optimization of marketing technology ecosystems that power global client growth. In this position, you will serve as the critical bridge between marketing strategy and technical implementation, ensuring data integrity and platform reliability. You will design, build, and maintain complex automated workflows that translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready systems. The role demands a solutions-oriented mindset focused on solving business problems through technology, analytics, and marketing operations. You will act as a core technical executor alongside strategists, designers, developers, and client stakeholders to maintain seamless data flow. Success in this role requires a passion for system logic, data structures, and the ability to navigate multi-platform workflows in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive data flow mapping and governance to maintain accurate synchronization between core marketing platforms such as CRM, CDP, and marketing automation tools.
Build, test, and launch complex automated workflows, segmentation rules, and lifecycle journeys within enterprise marketing clouds including Adobe Journey Optimizer, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Oversee system integrations by managing connectivity between various third-party tools and plugins across the marketing stack while proactively troubleshooting data sync errors or tracking discrepancies.
Serve as the technical back-end expert for marketing campaigns, ensuring proper tracking, lead routing, and database hygiene before deployment.
Perform regular system audits to drive stack performance, clean up outdated data, manage user permissions, and ensure strict compliance with global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and CASL.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate marketing strategies into scalable, technical platform setups and provide technical advisory.
Maintain clear and up-to-date process documentation covering system architecture, operational workflows, and technical training guides for end-users.
Support platform evaluations, solution architecture mapping, and technology recommendations to align client ecosystems with evolving needs.
Design campaign workflows and lead the implementation of lifecycle processes, customer journeys, and audience segmentation strategies.
Analyze campaign performance data using analytics platforms to recommend clear opportunities for ongoing optimization and improvement.
Stay current on emerging MarTech platforms, AI capabilities, and digital marketing trends to continuously bring innovative ideas and best practices to client engagements.
Ensure all technical implementations follow industry standards for security, data quality, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Act as a single point of technical accountability for the health and performance of the marketing technology stack throughout the client lifecycle.
Promote a culture of documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within cross-functional teams to strengthen overall martech maturity.
Requirements
You bring 2-4 years of hands-on experience working in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, CRM, Digital Analytics, or Consulting.
You have practical experience with one or more enterprise marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Segment, or similar tools.
You demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, attribution models, analytics, and campaign execution principles.
You have direct experience working with clients or business stakeholders in a professional services or agency context.
You are familiar with APIs, integrations, data models, or SQL, even if this familiarity is at an introductory level and not required as a strict barrier.
You have experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to derive actionable insights.
You approach problems as a detail-oriented problem-solver capable of diagnosing software logic errors and optimizing complex workflows.
You possess a basic understanding of web fundamentals including HTML and CSS as they relate to asset creation and template troubleshooting.
You exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
You communicate with excellent organizational and verbal skills, ensuring clarity when conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
