What you'll do

You set the pace for intake, screening interest and matching professionals with ideal course pathways. You architect build, translating insights into clear program routes and practical skill milestones. You champion review, refining guidance based on feedback and observed learning outcomes. You ship review outcomes, ensuring recommendations are clear, specific, and ready for action. You partner with product teams, aligning course design with real user needs and market direction. You orchestrate intake, initiating conversations that uncover goals and map next learning steps. You guide build decisions, suggesting formats that fit busy schedules and specific career targets. You advocate for partners, strengthening relationships that expand access to digital training.

Responsibilities

You advise, inspire, and motivate professionals to elevate their careers in technology. You drive growth through revenue generating activities, including but not limited to outbound calls, emails, and video conferencing with prospective customers. You build community by leveraging world-class thought leadership events. You use a full-suite of in-house cutting edge revenue driving platforms to learn, apply, and execute best practices. You work collaboratively with product, learning design, and experience teams to iterate on and curate bespoke digital learning products. You invest in understanding and creating long-lasting relationships with industry partners, organizations, and other community leaders pursuing digital skills training for their members.
