What you'll do
Execute a high-volume outreach cadence via cold calls, personalized emails, and video meetings to generate qualified pipeline.
Conduct discovery sessions with C-suite stakeholders and individual learners to map specific career objectives to BrainStation offerings.
Own the full funnel from initial contact through contract negotiation, ensuring targets and quotas are exceeded consistently.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to iterate messaging, segment audiences, and optimize conversion rates on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with marketing to develop battle-tested collateral, playbooks, and objection handling frameworks for rapid deployment.
Represent BrainStation at industry meetups, webinars, and virtual events to strengthen brand authority and generate inbound interest.
Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and seamless handoffs to implementation teams.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, universities, and professional associations to drive bulk enrollments.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that highlight ROI, skill acquisition, and career advancement opportunities for each prospect.
Champion the voice of the customer by feeding market intelligence back to product and learning design teams for continuous improvement.
Negotiate terms and scope with stakeholders while preserving long-term relationship integrity and trust.
Develop a deep expertise in the digital skills landscape to advise learners on the most relevant programs for their immediate and future goals.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a demonstrated commitment to professional growth and learning.
You are fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills that enable you to engage senior-level audiences.
You possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous business development or customer-facing roles.
You have hands-on experience using CRM platforms to manage complex pipelines and forecast accurately.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and adaptability is essential.
You exhibit strong time management abilities, balancing multiple prospects and stakeholders without compromising quality.
