What you'll do
Support project teams in delivering consulting engagements for healthcare and life sciences clients across Toronto and surrounding regions by contributing to workstreams and client communications. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather relevant data on client challenges, market dynamics, and industry trends that inform strategic recommendations. Analyze datasets using statistical methods to identify patterns, validate assumptions, and generate actionable insights that can be presented to diverse stakeholders. Draft written deliverables including slide decks, memoranda, and executive summaries that communicate findings clearly and support decision-making for client leadership. Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand organizational needs, capture requirements, and present recommendations in a professional and structured manner. Collaborate with team members to develop strategic frameworks and problem-solving approaches tailored to each client context, ensuring solutions are practical and aligned with objectives. Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within defined scope parameters. Gather and organize reference materials, case studies, and best practices from across the healthcare consulting landscape to support analysis and proposal development. Contribute to proposal development by supporting the creation of work plans, staffing plans, and cost estimates for new engagements based on project requirements and historical data. Engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training modules to build consulting methodology and domain expertise in the healthcare sector over time, strengthening both individual and team capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, health policy, business, or a related discipline is required for this role and must be submitted as part of your application. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw logical conclusions, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for client stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with demonstrated experience producing professional documents and presenting to diverse audiences in varied settings.
