Renewal Specialist
Job description
About the role
The Renewal Specialist serves as the execution engine of Keyloop's Renewals Desk, owning a hands-on portfolio of customer renewals across defined segments with the core mission of ensuring contracts are renewed on time, at the right value, and with minimal churn. Success in this role directly impacts client retention, profitability, and the overall customer experience by using data to increase efficiency and maintain amazing experiences. The Renewal Specialist must thrive in a fast-paced environment where timely execution and proactive communication are paramount to closing deals and securing long-term partnerships. This role is critical to shaping the future of the industry by ensuring the platform continues to provide value that makes selling and buying cars better for all stakeholders.
