The Identity Security Architect position is central to this mission. You will be responsible for safeguarding the identity and access frameworks that power our commerce platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that dealer and manufacturer interactions remain seamless and protected. You will design the foundational elements of our access control strategy. Your work will directly influence the reliability and trustworthiness of our ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities
You will architect and manage the intake procedures for new user accounts within our identity platforms. This involves establishing robust foundations for identity verification and access provisioning. A primary focus will be constructing and managing the connection rules that govern interactions between dealers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders. You will utilize our existing technological stack to ensure these relationships are secure and efficient.
Monitoring is a critical function of this role. You will analyze authentication and sign-in logs to identify anomalies and potential security threats. This vigilance allows for the prevention of incidents before they impact our systems. You will also compile detailed access reports for leadership and management. These reports will provide clear visibility into permission structures and user entitlements across the network.
Collaboration is essential to maintaining operational integrity. You will work closely with support teams to diagnose and resolve account access issues promptly. This ensures minimal disruption to business activities. Any security updates or patches will be rigorously tested. Following successful validation, you will deploy these changes to the live production environment.
Keyloop relies on strong partnerships with technology vendors. You will engage with these vendors to align on authentication and login standards. This cooperation is vital for creating a unified and streamlined access experience. You will also mentor internal colleagues on the safe handling of privileged sessions. Sharing best practices is crucial for maintaining a security-conscious culture.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a current government-level security clearance. This clearance is non-negotiable for handling sensitive identity data. A minimum of three years of professional experience in identity and access management is mandatory. You should have a proven track record in similar technical environments.
A deep understanding of access management terminology and daily operational procedures is essential. You must be adept at working with systems that manage digital identities and access rights. These platforms form the backbone of our security posture.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with systems that facilitate connections between dealers, manufacturers, and suppliers is highly valued. This specific background provides a distinct advantage in understanding our complex ecosystem. Familiarity with the automotive commerce landscape will accelerate your contribution.

Mastery of these tools is expected for success in this role.
