• Map current dealer and factory steps to reveal where digital tools create real value and eliminate unnecessary friction in existing operations.

Requirements

• Bring three years of prior experience in business analysis or similar roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering structured solutions in complex environments.
• Develop a deep understanding of how dealers and manufacturers operate, using this knowledge to define correct solutions that address real-world challenges.
• Build comfort with digital platforms and data structures, allowing you to model clear, logical workflows that can be easily translated into functional systems.
• Strengthen written communication skills to explain complex processes to different audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Cultivate the ability to work with ambiguous requirements and turn them into practical, actionable steps that move projects forward efficiently.
• Show eagerness to learn new systems and business contexts quickly, enabling you to support a diverse range of projects without extensive ramp-up time.
