What you'll do

• Execute the end-to-end management of large-scale projects, designing intake procedures that capture intricate requirements from manufacturers, technology suppliers, and internal departments.
• Establish robust build workflows that integrate disparate client systems, rigorously adhering to predefined timelines and milestones for every phase of project delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive review sessions to align project schedules with quality standards and the explicit expectations of sponsors, stakeholders, and customers.
• Orchestrate ship activities to ensure every deliverable satisfies contractual terms and delivers an exceptional customer experience, thereby safeguarding brand integrity.
• Create and maintain detailed partner roadmaps that synchronize efforts across various departments and international markets to achieve cohesive strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Must possess experience managing projects that involve dealers, manufacturers, and technology suppliers within a complex and dynamic environment.
• A minimum of three to five years in a comparable project management role is mandatory, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Fluency in English is required to facilitate daily communication with customers, partners, and internal staff across all levels.
• A solid understanding of business operations is necessary to effectively lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Must be capable of working independently with strong self-direction while also thriving as an integral part of a cross-functional team.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate challenges and shifting priorities.
• Approach must be methodical yet flexible, allowing for responsive adjustments to project demands without compromising focus on delivery excellence.
