The is entrusted with owning the complete sales lifecycle for Original Equipment Manufacturer partnerships within the DACH region. This role requires the individual to act as the primary strategic advisor to OEM clients, ensuring their objectives are met through tailored use of Keyloop Fusion. The hire is responsible for translating the Keyloop Fusion value proposition into concrete business outcomes that drive sustainable growth. They must align all regional activities with the enterprise sales organization's broader operating plan and revenue targets. Success in this position is defined by the ability to build long-term trust and strategic partnerships with key manufacturer stakeholders. The manager ensures that every interaction reinforces the platform's role in connecting dealers, factories, and buyers seamlessly. They own the commercial narrative and are accountable for delivering on ambitious growth goals in a fast-paced market. This position is critical to expanding Keyloop's footprint and influence across the European automotive industry.

Map the complex operational landscape of DACH region OEM clients to uncover strategic opportunities for Keyloop Fusion adoption.
Host discovery workshops with manufacturer leadership to define shared data strategies and sales tool objectives.
Champion the integration of Keyloop Fusion within existing dealer management systems to ensure seamless technical alignment.
Guide technical and commercial teams to configure solutions that meet the exact requirements of automotive retail environments.
Own the regional OEM strategy from conception through execution, driving sustainable revenue growth and market penetration.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships that position Keyloop as an indispensable partner in digital transformation initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional messaging to maintain brand consistency across all markets and communication channels.
Analyze pipeline data to identify blockers and prioritize high-impact activities that move stagnant opportunities forward.
Document win-loss patterns and decision criteria to refine sales approaches for complex and stubborn enterprise deals.
Lead post-sale expansion efforts that increase platform usage and deepen account penetration over time.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and process improvements within the sales cycle.
Monitor competitive dynamics and market shifts to adjust strategies and preserve Keyloop's competitive advantage.
Report on key performance indicators and business metrics to inform leadership decisions and resource allocation.
Act as the primary internal advocate for OEM client needs, ensuring product and service evolution reflects real-world demands.
Requirements
You must hold a minimum of five years of proven experience managing OEM accounts within complex enterprise environments.
Fluency in both German and English is essential to navigate meetings, negotiations, and documentation across multiple countries.
You must demonstrate deep familiarity with Keyloop Fusion and its application in the automotive sales and ownership journey.
A clear understanding of how data flows between dealers, factories, and buyers through digital systems is required.
You must provide concrete evidence of sustainable revenue growth achieved through strategic account management.
You need a proven track record of scaling accounts successfully in a B2B technology or automotive environment.
You must be able to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability for results.
Strong consultative selling skills are required to guide C-level stakeholders toward optimal technology adoption.

Working knowledge of automotive supply chains is beneficial. It helps you speak with operators effectively.

The compensation package is fixed at 75,000 EUR for the successful candidate.
