Senior Manager, Credit & Collections
Job description
About the role
You will architect and execute the global collections strategy for Keyloop, owning the full customer journey from initial delinquency through to resolution and write-off where appropriate. You will lead a centralised Shared Services model based in Prague, setting the operational direction for a high-performing team that spans multiple regions and time zones. In this position, you will be the primary owner of credit risk mitigation, ensuring that our policies and procedures protect the business while maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will partner deeply with Finance, Sales, and Customer Teams to balance commercial growth with robust financial controls and healthy cash flow. Your day-to-day will involve interpreting complex data, identifying patterns in customer behaviour, and turning these insights into proactive strategies that reduce bad debt and improve collection rates. You will own the end-to-end collections process, ensuring standardised procedures are followed consistently to create a scalable and predictable function for the business. You will drive continuous improvement across the credit lifecycle, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering measurable financial outcomes by maximising cash collections and minimising exposure across the entire portfolio.
