About the role
Jellyfish is actively searching for a manager to join our global paid media department and lead paid social initiatives for a portfolio of prominent clients. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end management of key accounts, ensuring that strategic objectives are met with precision and creativity. You will work in tandem with strategy and media planning teams to architect forward-thinking roadmaps and integrated media plans that drive measurable business outcomes. A core part of this role involves mentoring junior staff, fostering their growth through structured feedback and professional development opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations that push the boundaries of testing and innovation. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to identify opportunities to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing plans, ensuring cohesion across channels. Furthermore, you will support the Paid Social Director in disseminating industry trends and innovation across the team, helping to maintain our position at the forefront of the paid media landscape.

What you'll do
- Manage daily account operations including campaign setup, pacing, quality assurance, and performance reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with strategy and media planning teams to build roadmaps and media plans that align with client business objectives and market conditions.
- Lead weekly status meetings and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow and clear accountability.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients to provide insights, optimization recommendations, and testing opportunities that drive campaign performance.
- Coach direct reports through regular one-on-one meetings and feedback sessions to develop their skills and career trajectory.
- Document and implement best practices to improve team workflows and account management processes, enhancing overall productivity.
- Identify opportunities to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing plans to create a unified and impactful customer journey.
- Support the Paid Social Director in sharing industry trends and innovation across the team through internal presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions that optimize return on investment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Spearhead the creation of testing frameworks that generate actionable learnings and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management and reporting to ensure campaigns are delivered within scope and financial parameters.
- Contribute to the development of new business pitches by providing strategic media insights and social capabilities.
- Ensure all work complies with brand guidelines and platform policies to maintain integrity and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest, and TikTok across diverse objectives.
- Proficiency in Campaign Manager 360 for campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong command of G-Suite tools including Sheets, Slides, and Docs for data analysis and presentation creation.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities autonomously while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Experience in data analysis and using market insights to drive business strategy and inform campaign decisions.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and revenue growth through proactive communication and value delivery.
- A proven track record of managing and leading teams, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
