About the role
You will own the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of paid search initiatives for a diverse portfolio of global clients, ensuring campaigns align with Jellyfish's market-leading standards. In this role, you will leverage deep expertise in Search Ads 360 and Google Ads to design, implement, and refine complex bidding strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You will act as a key thought leader within the Paid Media department, translating data insights into actionable optimizations that challenge conventional media approaches. You will mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing elevates the entire group's capabilities. Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies for a global client portfolio, managing the full campaign lifecycle from initial setup through ongoing optimization and in-depth performance analysis.
Produce and present sophisticated client-facing reports and studies that adhere strictly to Jellyfish brand standards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic storytelling.
Champion continuous improvement by rigorously assessing Jellyfish's internal practices, methodologies, and workflows to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with ad networks and third-party platforms to ensure seamless execution and access to the latest capabilities.
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help implement comprehensive Pay per Click strategies that are tailored to specific client needs and objectives.
Leverage advanced data analysis skills to interpret complex performance metrics, diagnose trends, and make data-driven decisions that optimize campaign results.

Requirements
Possess a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid Search Engine campaigns, demonstrating a proven track record of success and strategic thinking.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency with the technologies and processes essential for running paid search campaigns, including mastery of Search Ads 360 and Google Ads or Microsoft Ads platforms.
Bring prior experience in managing a small client team or leading cross-functional initiatives, showcasing leadership and people management capabilities.
Exhibit exceptional business writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality, professional documents that convey strategic insights and recommendations.
Show a genuine passion for building long-lasting client relationships, with a demonstrated ability to add tangible value to client businesses through proactive engagement.

Practical notes
Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am. and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.
Enjoy 14 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers.
