This role is located in São Paulo and is a full-time position.

What you'll do

• Drive the automation of data collection to improve reliability and reduce manual effort across marketing channels.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks by clarifying goals and deadlines with stakeholders.
• Architect dashboard solutions by mapping data sources, designing schemas, and defining the optimal visualization approach.
• Partner with the Paid Media team to present insights that directly support client objectives and influence strategic shifts.
• Establish a measurement framework that identifies relevant data sources and KPIs aligned with team and client goals.
• Design and execute measurement proposals that evaluate media activity through test and learn initiatives and conversion lift studies.
• Maintain and enhance recurring reports to ensure they remain timely, accurate, and focused on high-impact metrics.
• Propose process improvements that optimize workflows and enhance the quality of data operations without compromising rigor.
• Support internal and external clients by responding to data analysis requests with clear explanations and actionable recommendations.
• Develop data visualizations that resonate with different levels of partners and stakeholders, balancing depth with accessibility.
• Keep an organized and updated opportunity pipeline that reflects current initiatives and future strategic directions.
• Collaborate with the Data team to build and refine data pipelines that feed into advanced analytics and visualization layers.
• Lead ad-hoc analysis projects that require deep investigative work and the synthesis of findings into compelling stories.
• Champion a culture of evidence-based decision making by making insights available, understandable, and actionable for all teams.

Requirements

• You possess ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH, which is mandatory for success in this role.
• You bring 3 to 5 years of experience working with diverse data sources across various channels to produce insights.
• You have more than 2 years of hands-on experience in data management, ETL best practices, and SQL querying.
• You have practical experience with Google Big Query for storing, processing, and querying large datasets.
• You are proficient with Tableau, creating interactive and intuitive dashboards for business users.
• You have a track record of designing data visualizations tailored for different levels of partners and stakeholders.
• You demonstrate a disciplined approach to keeping an organized and updated opportunity pipeline combined with a careful approach to process.
• You are comfortable submitting your application with your resume in English, emphasizing skills and expertise over traditional credentials.
