Key facts
What you'll do
1) Create and execute detailed SEO plans matching client objectives, covering technical optimization, content improvements, and link building.
2) Direct technical SEO initiatives for large enterprise accounts, applying best methods to boost site speed and rank.
3) Perform deep technical reviews to fix problems with site structure, crawl efficiency, and indexing issues.
4) Partner with clients to grasp their objectives, offering guidance to reach targeted organic performance goals.
5) Manage the building and updating of SEO roadmaps, guaranteeing project completion stays within financial limits.
6) Use data pipelines and cloud systems to automate workflows and construct reporting datasets for analysis.
7) Monitor industry developments and search engine changes, modifying tactics to preserve market advantage and relevance.
8) Guide and assist newer staff members, fostering an environment focused on continuous learning and growth.
9) Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align search strategies with broader business and marketing objectives.
10) Evaluate existing search performance metrics to identify gaps and prioritize high-impact optimization opportunities across platforms.
Requirements
1) Possess over six years of experience with web technologies including servers, applications, and middleware frameworks.
2) Understand how edgeware and front-end frameworks impact search engine optimization performance and site visibility.
3) Demonstrate capability to analyze massive datasets using tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Search Console.
4) Apply enterprise SEO platforms to extract actionable insights that improve organic search visibility.
5) Show proven history of designing and carrying out SEO strategies yielding measurable outcomes for big sites.
6) Exhibit strong diagnostic abilities with a forward-thinking mindset for spotting issues and applying effective fixes.
7) Have prior experience managing project groups and providing mentorship to junior-level team members.
8) Focus on practical skills, expertise, and behavioral traits rather than traditional academic degrees or strict experience counts.
