What you'll do
Drive profitable growth for assigned key accounts by owning end-to-end client strategy and execution.
Champion best-in-class service delivery by maintaining an obsessive focus on accuracy, bespoke solutions, and impactful results for every client.
Master the intricacies of each service line assigned to your clients, including media planning and the full production and creative process.
Orchestrate seamless collaboration across Jellyfish functions to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions that exceed expectations.
Spearhead cross-functional response leadership, defining inputs and outputs with capability teams and ensuring rigorous pre-delivery reviews.
Own the cadence and substance of Quarterly Business Reviews, aligning cross-functional teams and supporting the execution of data-driven growth plans.
Institutionalize foundational best practices such as conference reporting, timeline management with project and insight leads, clear roles and responsibilities, and structured internal check-ins.
Optimize the allocation of team resources to boost both client satisfaction and internal team profitability, proactively flagging issues to the Vice President and Capability teams.
Identify and unlock new expansion opportunities that drive measurable client growth while safeguarding profitability.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and actively contribute to marketing innovation and thought leadership initiatives.
Mentor, coach, and develop Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, fostering a high-performing culture grounded in accountability and continuous learning.
Implement robust Client Management practices and financial rigor, including accurate forecasting, invoicing discipline, and comprehensive budget reconciliation.
Deepen client relationships through strategic engagement in events, webinars, thought leadership content, and co-created case studies.
Provide strategic counsel and develop high-quality, actionable briefs that are precisely aligned with evolving client objectives.
Anticipate unspoken client needs, resolve problems proactively, and drive Net Promoter Score improvements to strengthen long-term retention.
Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.
Delegate effectively to build confidence, capability, and resilience within the SAM and AM teams.
Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and relentless continuous improvement across the client service function.
Support structured onboarding and professional development plans for new hires to accelerate their ramp-up and long-term success.
Champion data-informed decision making by regularly leveraging platforms such as Google Analytics to analyze performance and guide strategy.
Requirements
You possess a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in client services, account management, or a related discipline within the digital marketing or media sector.
You demonstrate proven ability to lead and develop teams, managing performance and nurturing talent at scale.
You hold bilingual fluency in both Mandarin and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
You bring substantial commercial acumen, including the capacity to build and optimize team structures and scopes to enhance profitability.
You have direct experience participating in new business endeavors, with a point of view on pitch narratives and collaboration with the Growth team across end-to-end processes.
You consistently communicate with clarity, persuasiveness, and actionability to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
You are technically excellent in your core specialty, such as media or production, and maintain a broad comprehension of the Jellyfish offering portfolio.
You habitually use strategic data and tools like Google Analytics to derive insights that shape decisions and optimize client return on investment.
You think strategically, anticipating client needs and identifying opportunities that drive measurable business results.
