IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team in Philadelphia. This role is pivotal in assisting mid-sized school districts across Pennsylvania to implement our personalized learning solutions effectively. You will work closely with educators to enhance teaching practices and ensure that IXL products are integrated successfully into their curriculum.

What you'll do

• Partner with district leaders to deliver customized implementation support tailored for mid-sized districts.
• Collaborate with school and district stakeholders to design and implement a professional development strategy that ensures a successful rollout of IXL products.
• Travel within the region to provide support to assigned districts, which includes leading in-person professional development workshops and conducting quarterly visits - up to 60% travel during peak back-to-school season and around 40% for the remainder of the year.
• Facilitate engaging live and virtual professional development sessions to maximize the effective use of IXL tools.
• Analyze educational data to inform strategic decision-making and guide future actions.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to strengthen customer relationships, assist districts that are piloting IXL, and engage in pre-sales activities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes and outcomes to track progress and share best practices.
• Serve as a resource for educators by providing ongoing support and guidance on the use of IXL products.
• Stay updated on educational trends and best practices to inform professional development content and delivery.
• Collect feedback from educators and district leaders to continuously improve the implementation process and training materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new strategies for enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration and innovation among educators.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in education or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a K-12 educational setting; experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or educational technology professional development is highly desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering professional development programs.
• Strong preference for candidates with a background in supporting district-wide implementations.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage both teachers and administrators effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who builds positive relationships and fosters collaboration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong commitment to enhancing education through technology.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be located near a major airport for travel purposes.
