Key facts

This is a full-time remote position for candidates located in the metro areas of Kansas City, Missouri, or Phoenix, Arizona. Compensation is offered in the range of $65,000 to $85,000 USD. Candidates must live close to a major airport and within one of the specified metro areas. Travel is required, including up to 60% during the back-to-school season and around 40% for the remainder of the year.

What you'll do

Partner with school and district leaders to chart implementation roadmaps tailored to local goals and classroom realities. Design and deliver national webinars and virtual coaching sessions that build educator capacity and drive adoption of IXL. Plan and present at regional IXL Live events, coordinating logistics and content with the events team to ensure cohesive execution. Collaborate with the sales team to support schools participating in pilot programs and guide them toward successful adoption. Facilitate in-person professional development sessions at schools and districts, managing travel and scheduling during peak seasons. Create partner playbooks and guidance documents for success teams to maintain consistent and effective relationships. Record and analyze session feedback and outcomes to refine future professional learning offerings. Adapt materials and strategies to serve diverse grade levels, subjects, and classroom environments.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. Bring a minimum of five years of K-12 teaching experience, with department- or school-level leadership experience preferred. Demonstrate strong presentation skills and the ability to engage live audiences effectively. Show high levels of organization and the capacity to manage multiple projects from planning through completion. Work comfortably both independently and within cross-functional, collaborative teams. Use Google Apps and Zoom to deliver professional learning experiences.
