What you'll do

Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs in the Chicago area.

Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development that supports a successful IXL implementation.

Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts - up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year.

Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, working closely with our events team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.

Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL and help them navigate the adoption process.

Partner with customer success and sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.

Utilize data and educator feedback to refine professional learning offerings and improve the overall impact on instructional practice.

Act as a pedagogical thought leader, demonstrating how IXL can be leveraged to support differentiated instruction and student mastery.

Represent IXL Learning at conferences, workshops, and district meetings to build awareness and drive engagement.

Develop and maintain strong documentation of best practices, training materials, and session outcomes for internal knowledge sharing.

Support the continuous improvement of professional learning content by incorporating emerging trends and educator needs.

Requirements

Must hold a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting, with department- or school-level leadership experience as a preferred asset.

Must have a demonstrated history of educational professional development facilitation or training experience.

Must possess exceptional communication and presentation skills in a professional setting.

Must be a dynamic, enthusiastic, and upbeat individual who connects effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Must be highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented in all professional responsibilities.
