What you'll do
- Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required for each position.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and fit the company culture, ensuring a streamlined selection process.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and virtually, assessing candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, engaging with them even when there are no immediate openings, to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking ways to improve our recruitment processes and strategies.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote Iworq and attract potential candidates.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices in candidate evaluation.
- Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive employer brand by promoting Iworq's values and culture through various recruitment channels and candidate interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a technology or software environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to manage the hiring process efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for finding the right talent for the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Skills & tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
