Partnership drives deal outcomes as you collaborate with Account Executives to assess prospect challenges and define solutions.
Technical investigations produce seamless integration recommendations by examining prospects' technology environments.
Expertise resolves complex technical issues within advanced marketing architectures for named customers and regional accounts.
Consultation translates customer use cases into account strategies that highlight upsell and expansion opportunities.
Feedback flows to internal teams to support new feature development and platform adoption.

Requirements
The posting states a minimum of 2 years of experience.
You bring 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or post-sales solutions roles, preferably in SaaS and MarTech.
You operate across both pre-sales and post-sales motions, or show depth in one area with a strong appetite to grow into the other.
You are technically curious and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and applying new skills.
You hold deep knowledge in APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL, especially within MarTech or AdTech contexts.
Experience with LLM platforms such as Claude Code or Cursor is required.
Familiarity with mobile-specific development in Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native is a plus.
You communicate confidently with C-level stakeholders and technical teams through whiteboarding and presentations.
You work effectively in a team-oriented environment that values iteration and results.
You are based in Sydney, Australia, and willing to travel across APAC for customer on-sites, conferences, and team events approximately 25% of the time.

This role is based in Sydney and requires in-office presence on 2-3 days per week.
