About the role
The Developer Platform Team translates recurring operational challenges into automated, shared capabilities that speed up companywide software delivery. In this position, you will own the design and implementation of platform components that abstract complexity and deliver reusable services to multiple engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and SRE partners to define interfaces, establish standards, and ensure that the platform can scale reliably as the business grows. A core part of this role is diagnosing bottlenecks in developer workflows and building tools that remove manual steps and reduce cognitive load. You will be responsible for turning ambiguous requirements into concrete technical solutions while balancing tradeoffs in simplicity, performance, and maintainability. Strong ownership means you see tasks through from design to production, communicating progress and risks clearly to stakeholders. You will mentor junior engineers by example, demonstrating how to write clean code, effective tests, and thoughtful documentation.

Requirements
