Uncover latent enterprise demand by prospecting and qualifying high-value opportunities across a diverse range of industries.
Architect and deliver tailored value propositions that resonate with executive stakeholders and address specific business pain points.
Conduct discovery sessions to map organizational challenges and identify multi-threaded sponsorship across decision-makers.
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using data-driven insights to prioritize and forecast accurately.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to build compelling demonstrations that showcase platform capabilities in realistic scenarios.
Coordinate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption for new enterprise clients.
Leverage Salesforce and related tools to maintain precise records of every interaction, ensuring transparency and continuity.
Articulate the ROI of Iterable's platform through detailed business case development and competitive win-loss analysis.
Engage in continuous learning of market trends, product updates, and competitive landscapes to refine selling strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs and providing strategic guidance throughout the entire buyer journey.
Partner with Marketing to align messaging with real-world outcomes observed during customer engagements.
Support the creation of scalable playbooks that enable consistent execution across the enterprise sales motion.
Champion feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and future go-to-market initiatives.
Drive adoption of best practices among junior team members through mentorship and shared learning opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
Minimum of eight years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
Demonstrated ability to sell complex technology solutions to senior executives in regulated or highly competitive environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to simplify sophisticated concepts for varied audiences.
Experience working with C-suite stakeholders including Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, and VPs of Sales.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to manage and report on a large volume of opportunities.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and requirements.
Willingness to travel within the United States for client meetings, industry events, and occasional in-person training sessions.

Experience with AI-driven marketing platforms or customer engagement ecosystems.
Background in data-driven personalization or cross-channel orchestration tools.
Familiarity with privacy-compliant data handling and martech stack integrations.
