About the role
You will define the vision and execution for how our revenue teams learn, ramp, and sell. This leadership position focuses on building AI-driven programs to improve field performance and business acumen across all customer-facing departments. You will architect the future of selling by embedding intelligence directly into the workflows of our revenue organization. This role demands a strategic operator who can translate complex capabilities into practical actions for diverse teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our go-to-market engine is powered by the most effective AI tools and learning methodologies. Success in this position will be measured by the scalability of AI adoption and the measurable improvement in commercial outcomes. You will act as the critical link between product intelligence and field execution, enabling predictable growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and implement a learning system that uses AI to provide talk tracks, competitive intelligence, and content in the flow of work.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for AEs, SCs, SDRs, and CSMs, including certification and ramp time reduction.
- Create training tracks covering financial modeling, industry verticals, and economic value selling.
- Lead a team to produce battle cards, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides.
- Partner with RevOps to integrate AI-assisted guidance into Salesforce and the sales tech stack.
- Analyze performance data including win rates, quota attainment, and deal velocity to prioritize enablement initiatives.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of enablement specialists and program managers.
- Define the metrics and KPIs that prove the impact of AI-driven enablement on revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Product Leadership to ensure sales narratives accurately reflect current capabilities and roadmap.
- Drive the localization and adaptation of content for specific industries and customer segments.
- Establish governance processes to ensure the accuracy and adoption of AI-generated materials.
- Identify gaps in the current sales methodology and deploy targeted enablement solutions to address them.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill the broader revenue organization on new tools.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing to align messaging and with Customer Success to improve retention strategies.
- Champion data-driven decision making to continuously optimize the sales playbook and training curriculum.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy.
- 2+ years of experience in a team leadership role.
- Proven track record of reducing ramp time and increasing quota attainment.
- Experience deploying AI or ML-enhanced enablement programs.
- Background in B2B SaaS, preferably in martech or a related industry.
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving roadmaps with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering results in ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills necessary for influencing at all levels.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive company information.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support key initiatives and stakeholder meetings.
- Proficiency in interpreting data sets and deriving actionable insights for stakeholder consumption.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and execution.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies is mandatory.
