Our identity is built on more than a century of experience. Founded in Italy in 1919, IRCA Group operates as a key global partner for industrial clients and independent artisanal producers. Today, more than 2,400 colleagues across 22 facilities drive annual revenues beyond €1.3 billion. This scale brings stability, while our entrepreneurial spirit keeps us moving forward.
- An environment that celebrates diversity and welcomes perspectives from around the world.
- Opportunities to contribute to multinational initiatives that influence entire markets.
- Clear paths for professional development, including roles and projects in different regions.
If a fitting opening emerges, our HR team will contact you directly by email. Until then, we invite you to monitor our careers site consistently and to pursue roles that match your interests. Active engagement increases the likelihood that the right opportunity finds you at the right time.
Who powers our portfolio
IRCA Group specializes in providing essential ingredients that form the backbone of finished products. Our portfolio spans chocolate elements, decorative components, creamy systems, inclusions, nut variants, and carefully structured pastry mixes. We also develop tailored solutions for gelato applications, ensuring that every texture and flavor expectation is met with precision. Each offering is designed to support efficiency, consistency, and compliance for demanding production environments.
Your mission in this role
You will own the end-to-end orchestration of speculative initiatives that turn emerging market signals into tangible solutions. This includes designing build strategies that align facilities, recipes, and textures across different geographies without compromising brand identities. You will lead iterative review cycles where data, samples, and stakeholder feedback refine concepts until they meet the highest standards of clarity and consistency.
A core part of your work involves delivering solutions that satisfy industrial requirements for texture, flavor, and regulatory compliance while respecting budgetary parameters. You will establish collaboration rhythms that allow teams in different time zones to work seamlessly through shared calendars and explicit protocols. Traceability will guide your management of ingredient flows, from nut origins through to final delivery to ensure quality at every step.
You will also challenge assumptions through structured experiments that test new mixes, inclusions, and gelato behaviors. Before release, you will verify that decorations, pastry mixes, and recipes fully match specifications. This disciplined approach protects brand integrity and supports reliable execution for our partners.
What you bring
- A minimum of three years of experience in food, ingredients, or manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region for projects and facility assessments.
- Deep familiarity with complex ingredient categories and how they perform in finished applications.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality when working with industrial clients and artisanal partners.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to influence strategy beyond a single job description. You will operate at the intersection of creativity and operations, ensuring that ambitious concepts can be executed at scale. If you are ready to turn speculative work into concrete results, we want to hear from you.
