About the role
Marketing Intern, APAC Marketing & Communications
Iq Eq seeks a motivated Marketing Intern to join the APAC Marketing & Communications team in Singapore. This role provides hands-on experience within a leading global investor services group. You will contribute to regional initiatives across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, and India.
This position supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple markets and business lines. The role involves orchestrating intake materials and campaign requirements into structured briefs. You will ensure all activities align with regional campaigns and investor services standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate intake materials and campaign requirements into structured briefs for regional stakeholders.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market developments, competitors, and client segments.
- Draft and adapt content for blogs, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate regional marketing activities, including events, webinars, sponsorships, and media relations.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain marketing databases and contact lists for sales enablement and outreach.
- Support creative development of slides and documents that communicate value propositions.
- Coordinate logistics for webinars, awards submissions, and communications projects.
- Review all assets for brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and quality control.

Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial services, professional services, or global business trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of CMS platforms, SEO, and digital analytics is an advantage.
