This role requires clear accountability, structured execution, and consistent delivery against demanding service expectations.
What you will do
You will design and own intake workflows that guide clients through structured onboarding journeys, ensuring a smooth and professional start.
You will lead the design of build routines with loan analysts to standardize transaction processing, cash and position reconciliations, and key control points.
You will establish review checkpoints for waterfall calculations, investor reporting, and lifecycle event tracking to ensure timely and error-free execution.
You will ship accurate client deliverables while acting as the primary escalation owner for software providers and internal stakeholders.
You will partner with commercial teams to design client demonstrations and identify opportunities to expand loan administration service offerings.
You will coordinate cross-border collaboration with offshore teams to maintain service levels, process discipline, and consistent documentation.
You will champion process improvements that reduce manual steps, streamline workflows, and enhance data integrity across platforms.
You will guide portfolio health through proactive monitoring, structured exception management, and timely reporting.

We provide a comprehensive remuneration package with salary components that reflect market rates and are proportionate to your qualifications, experience, and skill profile.
You will have access to wellbeing benefits that include private health and dental cover, life assurance, discounted gym membership, eye tests, and corporate GP access.
You are entitled to 25 days of paid annual leave plus all recognized public holidays in Ireland, with enhanced maternity and paternity provisions, including shared parental leave and adoption leave.
Flexible working arrangements are available, and we encourage open conversations to support a healthy work-life blend.
Requirements
You hold a degree in a business-related field with at least 5 years of experience in loan administration, facility agency, loan servicing, CLO administration, debt operations, or a comparable financial services setting.
You have a proven track record managing client relationships and leading teams while effectively engaging with offshore teams and third-party stakeholders.
You possess strong knowledge of debt and credit administration systems, with experience in platforms such as Allvue or similar loan servicing tools considered an advantage.
You demonstrate excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
