Senior Executive
Secretarial at Iq Eq. As a Senior Executive within our Company Secretarial team, you will take the lead on complex corporate governance matters while ensuring high‑quality, compliant service delivery across a portfolio of fund structures. You'll work closely with stakeholders, manage key corporate actions, and provide technical guidance to junior team members - all while driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience. What You Will Do You'll coordinate board and committee meetings by preparing board packs, drafting high‑quality minutes, and ensuring all governance processes comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. You'll manage complex corporate secretarial matters such as refinancing arrangements, constitutional amendments, share issuances, distributions, and other structural transactions. You'll ensure strong governance and risk management by maintaining AML/CFT compliance frameworks, reviewing and approving corporate documentation, and overseeing statutory and regulatory filings. - You'll ensure strong governance and risk management by maintaining AML/CFT compliance frameworks, reviewing and approving corporate documentation, and overseeing statutory and regulatory filings.
- You'll build and manage relationships with key stakeholders - including board members, regulators, and external advisors - while providing technical guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- You'll oversee the full entity lifecycle, including onboarding, migrations, and closures, as well as manage billing processes and resolve complex fee‑related matters.
