Head of Commercial France, Iq Eq

This role defines the commercial trajectory for Iq Eq within the French market. You are entrusted with owning the strategic commercial direction, translating high-level objectives into a concrete national plan. Your primary mission is to drive sustainable growth while safeguarding the brand's reputation and building high-level relationships. You act as a strategic confidant to the leadership team, ensuring all commercial activities align with the broader organizational goals.

Core responsibilities require you to define and execute the national commercial strategy to achieve specific growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion targets. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct in-depth market analysis, and convert prospects into strategic clients. Developing and maintaining relationships with key financial ecosystem players is essential, including investment funds, management companies, corporate entities, banks, legal advisors, and other critical intermediaries.

Collaboration is central to this position. You will work closely with senior leadership, business experts, and operational teams to devise innovative approaches that create tangible value for clients. Your presence at industry sector events, conferences, and professional forums is required to enhance the company's visibility, reputation, and market influence.

Position requirements are strict and non-negotiable. Candidates must possess a superior degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Finance, Management, or an equivalent discipline. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development and client management within financial services, investment funds, corporate services, or a comparable environment is mandatory. You must demonstrate a concrete track record in conquering new markets, developing strategic accounts, and generating significant revenue.

Deep knowledge of the French financial services market is required, combined with an established professional network among top-tier decision-makers. Mastery of both French and English is essential, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation abilities.
