This position focuses on coordinating complex administrative and legal workflows for a diverse range of client structures. You will manage day-to-day formalities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards for both regulated and unregulated entities. The role requires a high level of organization as you address queries related to account opening, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Success depends on your ability to build consultative relationships and deliver precise, client-focused solutions while maintaining strict compliance.

What you'll do
You will streamline intake procedures, validating documentation for account opening and acquisitions while executing detailed queries with accuracy. Governance documentation will be a core focus, involving the drafting and review of board resolutions, official publications, filings, and notarial instruments for various corporate vehicles. You will maintain rigorous compliance standards by preparing and monitoring client files to fulfill KYC obligations and reduce regulatory exposure. Logistical leadership will be required for shareholder meetings, including coordination, review of minutes, and alignment with contractual documentation. You will oversee incorporations, liquidations, and proxy services across regulated funds and unregulated corporate structures. Your expertise in Luxembourg vehicles such as financial instruments, SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, and RAIF will be essential for analyzing legal requirements. External collaboration will involve banks and third parties to clarify objectives and confirm that contractual obligations are consistently met. You will verify the accuracy of annual reporting to ensure submissions reflect current legislation and client instructions.
Requirements
You possess a Master or Bachelor's degree in law, establishing a foundational understanding of corporate and fiscal frameworks. You bring 2-4 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law, with at least 1-2 years in a similar officer capacity. Fluency in English is mandatory, while mastery of an additional language is advantageous for client engagement. You have a solid grasp of the Luxembourg regulatory environment, including financial vehicles, private equity structures, and collective investment schemes. Confident technical ability is required to manage acquisitions, board resolutions, company liquidations, and annual reporting processes.

About you
You hold a Master or Bachelor's degree. You have 2-4 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law. You have previous experience as a Corporate Officer ideally, with relevant experience of minimum 1-2 years in a similar environment. You are knowledgeable of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g., SAP). You are experienced in handling acquisitions of participations, board resolutions, incorporation and liquidation of a company, proxies, and have advanced knowledge of annual reporting law. You have knowledge of Luxembourg company law as an asset (including financial vehicles, SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, RAIF). You are fluent in English, and an additional language would be considered an asset.
