Requirements
- Candidates must possess a first professional law degree and have completed 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law.
- You must have served in a Corporate Officer role, with at least 1-2 years of relevant oversight in regulated fund environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with familiarity with specialized software such as SAP.
- Deep expertise in Luxembourg company law, including SOPARFI, SICAR, SIF, and RAIF structures, is essential.
- Fluency in English is mandatory for all communications and documentation.
- You will execute complex legal documentation with accuracy under tight deadlines and evolving regulatory demands.
- The role requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain the integrity of client files and regulatory compliance.
