Requirements
Holding a degree in accounting, finance, or business administration with a CPA certification or its equivalent.
Possessing a minimum of five years of professional experience, with a minimum of three years dedicated to fund accounting, financial reporting, or external audit functions focused on complex investment vehicles.
Demonstrating expert-level capability in analyzing financial statements and the application of accounting principles.
Showing a strong command of International Financial Reporting Standards or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles along with associated regulatory guidelines.
Proven expertise in verifying capital call schedules, distribution mechanics, and the integrity of fund records.

Hands-on experience with private equity, venture capital investment structures, and complex fund administration.
