What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Intuitech's software products, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product features and functionalities, translating them into actionable implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet delivery goals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements from clients to tailor implementations to their unique business processes.
• Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped to use the product effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any concerns or issues that arise promptly.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation process, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support.
• Document implementation processes and create user manuals to assist clients in navigating the software.
• Identify potential risks in the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the implementation strategy and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product implementation, project management, or a similar role within the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hungarian is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in the implementation of SaaS products or cloud-based solutions.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master).
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to assess implementation success.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in software deployment.

This role is based in Budapest, Hungary, and requires a full-time commitment. Candidates should be prepared to engage with clients both locally and internationally, which may involve occasional travel. The salary is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
