Your expertise will be essential in conducting thorough assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly in relation to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective security strategies that protect sensitive data and mitigate potential threats.

What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits for clients to evaluate their compliance with PCI DSS and other relevant security frameworks.
- Develop detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and remediation plans to enhance clients' security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support during the implementation of security controls and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and trends to ensure clients are protected against emerging risks.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on security awareness and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the development of security policies, procedures, and documentation to align with industry standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex security challenges and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in incident response activities, providing expertise to help clients manage and recover from security breaches.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Integrity360's security consulting services by sharing insights and lessons learned.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices in security consulting and compliance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, risk management, or compliance consulting.
- Proven expertise in PCI DSS compliance and security assessments.
- Relevant certifications such as QSA, CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- A proactive approach to identifying security risks and recommending effective solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud security and compliance, particularly with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management solutions.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell, to automate security tasks.
- Previous experience working in a consulting environment or with a diverse client base.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and their implications for security, such as IoT and blockchain.

- Strong knowledge of network security principles and practices.
- Experience with security incident response and management.

- This position is based in Cape Town, and candidates must be willing to work on a probationary basis initially.
- The role may require occasional travel to client sites, depending on project needs.
