About the role
As an , you will play a role in safeguarding our operational technology (OT) environments. This position requires a deep understanding of cyber security principles as they apply to industrial systems, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies to protect critical infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our OT systems are resilient against cyber threats while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies tailored to operational technology environments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of OT systems to identify potential security weaknesses and recommend appropriate mitigations.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate security measures into the design and operation of OT systems, ensuring a approach to cyber security.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and alerts in real-time, responding promptly to mitigate risks and minimize impact on operations.
- Lead incident response efforts for cyber security breaches, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and trends in the OT landscape, continuously refining security protocols and practices to address emerging risks.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on cyber security best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, outlining security posture, incidents, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443, by implementing necessary policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to assess their security practices and ensure they meet Integrity360's security requirements.
- Participate in audits and assessments, providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall security posture of the organization's OT environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or GICSP) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on operational technology or industrial control systems.
- Strong understanding of OT security frameworks and standards, including NIST, ISO, and IEC 62443.
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability management for OT environments.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in OT environments, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in incident response and crisis management, with a track record of successfully managing security incidents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the OT sector, such as NERC CIP or GDPR.
- Experience with cloud security principles and practices as they relate to OT systems.
- Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, or OPC.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within a cyber security context.
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as IoT and their implications for OT security.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in security assessment tools and methodologies for OT environments.
- Familiarity with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and security tool integration.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to OT environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret security data and derive actionable insights.
