What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive PCI DSS assessments for clients across various industries to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored security strategies that align with their business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on security controls, risk management, and incident response planning to enhance clients' security posture.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining assessment findings, including actionable recommendations for remediation and compliance.
• Lead security awareness training sessions for client staff to promote a culture of security within their organizations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity and PCI compliance to provide informed guidance to clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and operations, to ensure a holistic approach to security.
• Assist clients in preparing for external audits and assessments, ensuring they are well-prepared to demonstrate compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on security matters.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies related to security assessments.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the cybersecurity field.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers and case studies, to showcase Bamboohr's expertise.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, with a focus on PCI compliance and risk assessment.
• Current PCI QSA certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements and related security frameworks.
• Proven experience in conducting security assessments and audits for various organizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including vulnerability scanners and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends and emerging threats.

Nice to have

• Additional certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and their implications for PCI compliance.
• Familiarity with risk management methodologies and frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001.
• Previous experience in a consulting role, particularly within a cybersecurity firm.
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly French and English, is advantageous.

• Proficient in using security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of network security, application security, and endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with compliance management software and reporting tools.
• Experience with risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
