About the role
This role sits at the center of a fast-moving marketing org, supporting the CMO and both the Brand and Integrated Marketing and Digital Marketing teams. You're not just tracking tasks, you're anticipating bottlenecks, flagging risks before they become problems, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks between strategy and execution. You'll own Asana as the single source of truth for the marketing org, build and maintain the integrated campaign calendar, and serve as the primary point of coordination between internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional partners.
