Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting provides the foundational knowledge required for this position.

Candidates bring 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Audit, and/or Tax to handle complex financial responsibilities.
Prior experience in the crypto industry is highly preferred for context-specific challenges.
Experience with crypto accounting covers digital asset transactions, wallet reconciliations, and token-related activities.
Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage supports efficient operations.
A deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles guides accurate statement preparation.
International accounting, consolidation, and tax experience add valuable perspective to global finance operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets enables effective data analysis and reporting.
