Business Line Manager
Job description
About the role
You are the single accountable owner of the Swap business line performance from end to end, driving revenue, take rate, and partner ecosystem health. You will run this business line primarily through external providers and cross-functional partners rather than a large direct team, applying a Business Manager mindset to every decision. Your core focus is on delivering and defending the forecast while owning the net rate Ledger delivers to users on every trade. You will ensure the competitiveness of the in-wallet quote experience by monitoring quote quality and execution slippage constantly. You will manage and grow the swap partner bench across CEX-swap, DEX-aggregator, and on-ramp providers while handling concentration risk. You will use data as the definitive source of truth, querying directly to size opportunities and translate analysis into actions. You will champion operational excellence and protect the flawless execution of existing partners and features as job one.
