About the role
You will architect the strategic vision and execution roadmap for Binance's Know Your Business initiatives, defining the future of corporate onboarding and compliance products. You will partner with engineering, legal, and operations to transform complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, scalable user journeys that serve institutions and retail partners alike. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of KYB features, from discovery and prioritization to launch and continuous optimization, ensuring alignment with Binance's global growth and security objectives. You will leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and drive product decisions that enhance trust and transparency across the ecosystem. You will act as the central product authority for KYB, standardizing practices across regions while enabling localized adaptations for key markets. You will mentor junior product managers and collaborate cross-functionally to build a cohesive product culture grounded in clarity and execution excellence. You will communicate progress and rationale to stakeholders, balancing strategic ambition with pragmatic delivery constraints in a fast-paced environment. You will champion user-centric design and compliance rigor, ensuring that every iteration of the KYB experience reinforces Binance's position as a trusted platform for millions.

What you'll do
Define the product strategy and long-term vision for Binance's KYB portfolio, aligning with regional regulations and business objectives across Asia and beyond.
Lead the discovery and problem framing process, synthesizing input from compliance, sales, and operations to identify the most impactful opportunities for corporate onboarding improvements.
Translate complex regulatory and internal policy requirements into clear product specifications that engineering teams can implement without ambiguity.
Collaborate with data and analytics partners to design experiments, define success metrics, and iterate on features based on empirical evidence and user behavior.
Own the roadmap and prioritization trade-offs, balancing urgent compliance needs with strategic investments in user experience and platform scalability.
Work closely with legal and risk stakeholders to ensure that all product decisions are defensible, auditable, and consistent with Binance's global compliance framework.
Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and decision logs for current and future initiatives.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations to break down features into actionable tasks, monitor progress, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Represent the KYB product perspective in cross-functional discussions, ensuring that frontline insights and regulatory feedback are incorporated into product decisions.
Conduct regular stakeholder updates and reviews, communicating progress, dependencies, and outcomes in a clear, concise, and action-oriented manner.
Partner with business development and institutional sales to understand enterprise customer needs and align product capabilities with market opportunities.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices, proposing innovations that enhance identity verification, entity validation, and risk monitoring for business users.
Support the launch of new KYB features by coordinating training materials, internal demos, and go-to-market narratives that drive adoption across teams.
Continuously monitor post-launch performance, using qualitative and quantitative signals to refine the product, address friction points, and improve retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline that provides a foundation for analytical and technical collaboration.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role, with a track record of delivering complex products in a regulated environment.
You must have demonstrated experience working with compliance, legal, or risk teams, understanding how regulatory constraints influence product decisions and delivery.
You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift quickly and decisions must be made with incomplete information.
You must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of breaking down complex workflows, identifying root causes, and proposing practical solutions.
You must have experience using product management tools such as roadmaps, roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, and backlog trackers to plan and monitor delivery.
You must have a solid understanding of digital identity, KYC/AML concepts, and the challenges of verifying businesses and high-risk entities.
You must be willing to relocate to Asia or work from the region, aligning your availability with Binance's operational needs in the area.
You must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution and stakeholder demands.
You must have a proven commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, security, and professionalism in all product-related activities.
You must be willing to work non-standard hours, including occasional early mornings or late evenings, to coordinate with teams across different time zones.
You must be comfortable learning and applying domain-specific terminology related to blockchain, digital assets, and financial regulation relevant to KYB.
You must be prepared to undergo background checks and compliance screenings as part of the hiring process for this role.
Nice to have
Experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 environments, with an understanding of how decentralized systems intersect with compliance.
Familiarity with financial services infrastructure, payment systems, or institutional onboarding flows outside of crypto.
Background in data analysis or experimentation, with the ability to interpret metrics and drive evidence-based product improvements.
Experience mentoring or leading a small team of product managers or analysts within a corporate or regulated setting.
Practical notes
This role requires relocation to Asia or the ability to work within the region, with scheduling aligned to support global collaboration.
