What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, particularly those related to security and data protection.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices across projects.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in project communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships to enhance collaboration and project success.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and presentations that showcase Inflowhi's capabilities and expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the defense or intelligence sectors.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory for this position.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMBOK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Experience working with government contracts and an understanding of federal acquisition regulations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices, particularly in relation to program management.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving performance.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the defense and intelligence sectors.
