What you'll do

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple intelligence sources, including open-source, classified, and proprietary information, to produce comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with team members to identify intelligence gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps through targeted research and analysis.
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring that complex information is communicated clearly and effectively.
• Monitor and assess emerging trends and threats in relevant domains, providing timely updates to leadership and operational teams.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of intelligence production.
• Develop and maintain databases and dashboards that track key performance indicators and intelligence metrics.
• Engage with external partners and agencies to share insights and collaborate on intelligence initiatives.
• Participate in briefings and discussions with senior management, offering expert analysis and recommendations based on your findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear and concise reports.
• Proficiency in using intelligence analysis software and tools, such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with national security issues, geopolitical trends, and relevant legislation affecting intelligence operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations or Security Studies.
• Experience with geospatial analysis tools, such as ArcGIS or Google Earth.
• Knowledge of foreign languages that may enhance intelligence analysis capabilities.
• Previous experience in a government or military intelligence setting.
