What you'll do
- Analyze and interpret data from multiple intelligence sources, including open-source, classified, and proprietary information, to produce comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with team members to identify intelligence gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps through targeted research and analysis.
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring that complex information is communicated clearly and effectively.
- Monitor and assess emerging trends and threats in relevant domains, providing timely updates to leadership and operational teams.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of intelligence production.
- Develop and maintain databases and dashboards that track key performance indicators and intelligence metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear and concise reports.
- Proficiency in using intelligence analysis software and tools, such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with national security issues, geopolitical trends, and relevant legislation affecting intelligence operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations or Security Studies.
- Experience with geospatial analysis tools, such as ArcGIS or Google Earth.
- Knowledge of foreign languages that may enhance intelligence analysis capabilities.
