What you'll do

• Develop innovative graphic designs for a variety of media, including digital platforms, print materials, and presentations, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design outputs, reinforcing the brand identity of Bamboohr and its clients.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce professional-quality graphics and layouts.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance final deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually elevate the quality of work produced.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics, to support business development efforts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that drive project success and innovation.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all design outputs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications before final delivery.
• Work with external vendors and printers to ensure that design specifications are met and that final products are delivered on time.
• Engage in continuous professional development, seeking opportunities for training and skill enhancement in graphic design and related fields.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools and software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
