What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection procedures.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to enhance the visibility of job postings and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Design and conduct training programs that align with the company's goals and enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates to applicants.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training to ensure Ibs remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and training outcomes to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a small team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Promote a culture of learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to pursue continuous education and skill enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to employment and training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and employees at all levels.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software to streamline recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and training effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or related professional qualifications.
- Experience in a multinational company or exposure to cross-cultural environments.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools.

Skills & tools
The successful candidate will be proficient in various HR technologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), learning management systems (LMS), and performance management software. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential, along with the ability to analyze data and generate reports. Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes will also be beneficial.
