What you'll do

• Oversee the development and implementation of the ICT strategy to align with the overall business objectives of Ibs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and network management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in an ICT context.
