About the role
This role is positioned at the intersection of data integrity and human capital strategy within the People organization. The hire will own the architecture of our people analytics, transforming raw workforce data into narratives that drive strategic decision-making. You will act as a key partner to leadership, providing the evidence base required for confident workforce discussions and planning. This position ensures that all operational facets of the People function are optimized for scalability and accuracy. You will own the dashboards and reporting frameworks that underpin talent decisions across the organization. The role is critical in maintaining the fidelity of people data from collection through to visualization. You will collaborate closely with HRBP teams to ensure analytics solutions address real-world operational needs. This position directly supports the company's growth by aligning talent metrics with overarching business objectives.

What you'll do
Orchestrate the development and maintenance of a comprehensive people analytics dashboard that provides real-time visibility into workforce metrics.
Design and standardize people data collection methodologies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all departments.
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into people analytics strategies and actionable roadmap initiatives.
Lead the administration of HRIS systems to ensure data integrity serves as the single source of truth for all workforce information.
Develop predictive models for talent retention, identifying risk factors and proposing data-driven interventions to management.
Streamline the reporting processes for compensation planning, performance reviews, and headcount allocations to eliminate manual overhead.
Implement robust data visualization techniques to communicate complex workforce trends to non-technical audiences effectively.
Own the data validation processes for recruitment analytics, tracking source effectiveness and time-to-hire metrics rigorously.
Champion the integration of new HR technology solutions, ensuring data flows seamlessly between platforms and systems.
Provide ad-hoc analysis on employee engagement, compensation equity, and organizational structure to support leadership decisions.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of people data projects, from initial scoping through to deployment and stakeholder review.
Conduct deep dives into specific HR metrics to identify root causes of trends and recommend corrective actions.
Serve as the central point of contact for all queries related to people data, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Maintain documentation for all data models and reporting logic to ensure transparency and ease of knowledge transfer.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a closely related technical field.
You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or a related operations role within a complex organization.
You demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL and are comfortable writing complex queries to manipulate large datasets.
You have hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
You are an expert user of spreadsheet software, capable of building complex financial models and performing sophisticated data analysis.
You have a proven track record of working with HRIS and ATS platforms, understanding the data structures and APIs involved.
You possess strong knowledge of employment law and data protection regulations, specifically GDPR, as they apply to employee data.
You hold a professional certification in people analytics, data science, or a related field is highly valued and considered a benchmark.
Nice to have
Experience with HR analytics platforms such as Leapsome, Culture Amp, or similar is advantageous.
Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and market data sets.
Knowledge of organizational network analysis tools.
Experience with agile methodologies for data delivery.
Practical notes
Location: Hybrid work model based in London; travel is not required.
Engagement: Full-time, permanent role.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
