About the role

You will take an advisory approach with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and support growth initiatives. You will lead with data and provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on position activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement. You will manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for sales roles across various departments and geographies within the Sales/Go-to-Market organization. You will proactively source, attract, and engage top sales talent through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online platforms/tools. You will drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance. You will gain understanding and visibility of internal talent pipeline by partnering with HRBPs and/or organizational leaders. You will conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their experience and overall fit.

What you'll do
Conduct advisory conversations with hiring managers and stakeholders to design tailored talent strategies that directly support evolving business goals.
Analyze and interpret recruitment data and metrics to provide hiring managers with precise, timely updates on position activity and to recommend process improvements to TA leadership.
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, managing key stages from requisition to offer closure across Sales and Go-to-Market functions.
Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to proactively identify, attract, and engage high-potential sales candidates through direct outreach, networking, and online platforms.
Champion the candidate experience by driving consistent, engaging, and respectful communication from initial contact through offer acceptance.
Collaborate closely with HRBPs and organizational leaders to map and maintain visibility into the internal talent pipeline for strategic hiring needs.
Perform in-depth screening and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit with role and team requirements.
Align closely with hiring teams to ensure adherence to business goals, hiring standards, and organizational talent objectives.
Monitor and apply emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing to continuously refine strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen employer brand perception and enhance recruitment processes, driving measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.
Lead specialty Talent Acquisition projects as assigned to support the priorities of the business and related stakeholders.
Requirements
Bring 3+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably combining agency and corporate backgrounds, with exposure to fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven environments.
Include 1+ year of experience reporting on Talent Acquisition performance and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrate a proven track record in successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across multiple scenarios.
Show excellence in relationship management, with the ability to establish credibility, partner with leaders, and identify talent gaps, needs, risks, and corresponding action plans.
Possess a strong understanding of sales skills and competencies required for roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, and Sales Development.
Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Act in alignment with ZoomInfo Core Values and clearly articulate the ZoomInfo EVP to candidates and stakeholders.
Demonstrate proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms to manage workflows and data.
Apply a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving abilities, and data-driven storytelling to navigate a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Practical notes
This role follows a hybrid in-office model with an expectation of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Remote work is available for candidates not located near a ZoomInfo office. The position is based in the United States with location options in Bethesda, Maryland; Vancouver, Washington; and Waltham, Massachusetts.
