Learning and Client Enablement Associate
Job description
About the role
At Hyperexponential, the Learning and Client Enablement Associate owns the end to end responsibility for turning complex platform capabilities into structured learning journeys that drive client proficiency and trust. This role owns the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical training programs that equip clients and partners to successfully build and manage pricing models using hx AI agents and tooling. You will translate product updates and roadmap direction into engaging course content, certification pathways, and hands on workshops that make sophisticated insurance decisioning accessible to diverse audiences. You are responsible for maintaining the quality and relevance of the learning ecosystem, ensuring that every module, video, and assessment aligns with current platform naming, functionality, and best practices. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to close the gap between what the platform can do and what clients know how to do. You own the narrative of the learning journey, from first onboarding touchpoints through advanced certification, and you measure and iterate on the effectiveness of each learning intervention.

Take ownership of the full learning journey for new and existing clients, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences and clear progression paths through certification and advanced role based tracks.
Act as a technical educator who is credible in front of rooms of actuaries, developers, and data scientists while still making complex material accessible and engaging.
Adapt training delivery and content based on audience background, adjusting technical depth and pacing to match the needs of clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to identify emerging learning needs tied to product launches, market expansion, and evolving client expectations.
