About the role
Join the Revenue department at Hyperexponential as a Strategic Partnerships Manager focused on key relationships in the North American market. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical alliances that directly influence revenue growth and market penetration. Your primary responsibility is to manage existing consulting and systems integrator partnerships while actively seeking new strategic alliances that expand the company's footprint. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of joint commercial objectives and positioning Hyperexponential for significant expansion across a major sector. You will act as the central liaison ensuring that partner success translates into customer success and top-line growth. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying collaboration opportunities and transforming them into scalable revenue streams. Ultimately, you will be accountable for the strategic direction and performance of the partner ecosystem in a key region.

What you'll do
- Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with consulting firms, systems integrators, technology companies, and data partners across North America through targeted outreach and value-driven engagement.
- Develop comprehensive joint business plans that include detailed account mapping, structured pipeline generation, partner enablement strategies, coordinated marketing activities, and clearly defined shared commercial objectives.
- Discover and onboard new partners to broaden Hyperexponential's reach within the insurance sector by conducting market research and executing systematic evaluation processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify co-selling opportunities, coordinate complex account activities, and generate a consistent pipeline of partner-influenced revenue.
- Work alongside Marketing on the conception and execution of joint campaigns, industry events, content creation initiatives, and other market-facing programs that elevate brand presence.
- Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure partners are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support required to service Hyperexponential customers effectively.
- Create and manage scalable partner enablement, training, accreditation, and certification programs that standardize best practices and improve partner competency.
- Utilize AI and automation to enhance the efficiency and quality of partner research, strategic planning, performance reporting, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify white space opportunities and adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
- Own the negotiation and management of key partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with legal, compliance, and commercial standards.
- Drive the collection and analysis of partner performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize program effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to partners, helping them navigate complex sales cycles and achieve their business goals.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations to secure long-term commitments.
- Spearhead the integration of new technologies and methodologies into the partner ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Experience building and expanding strategic partnerships within SaaS, AI, technology, consulting, or a related complex industry with a proven history of success.
- Ability to manage senior-level relationships with consultancies, systems integrators, technology providers, and other strategic partners with professionalism and authority.
- Proven track record of creating joint go-to-market plans and co-selling initiatives that resulted in measurable pipeline generation or direct revenue contributions.
- Skill in navigating complex commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and partnership agreements to secure favorable outcomes.
- History of working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Solutions teams to achieve shared outcomes and organizational goals.
- Proficiency in using data, commercial tools, and AI applications to prioritize opportunities, improve partner performance, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability for results in a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills necessary to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
