In this role, you will own the design and execution of an enterprise-wide learning strategy that directly supports this market position. You will build scalable programs that drive leadership excellence, accelerate capability development, and strengthen employee engagement across the global organization. A core part of this position involves translating complex business objectives into targeted development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and prepare the workforce for future challenges in the data security and AI landscape. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring that learning initiatives are tightly aligned with the company's mission to simplify complex data workloads for diverse industries.

What you'll do
Design and implement a comprehensive learning ecosystem that supports key business priorities, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, product innovation, and market expansion.
Develop multi-year learning roadmaps that anticipate future skill requirements in data security, AI/ML technologies, and SaaS business models to ensure long-term organizational readiness.
Partner with executive leadership to identify critical capability gaps and create targeted interventions that accelerate time-to-productivity and strengthen competitive positioning in a high-growth market.
Build and scale leadership development pathways from emerging leaders through executive levels, creating cohort-based experiences that develop strategic thinking, people management excellence, and organizational leadership capabilities.
Design succession planning frameworks integrated with learning interventions to ensure robust talent pipelines for critical roles across technical and business functions.
Facilitate executive coaching, 360-degree feedback processes, and action learning projects that drive measurable leadership behavior change and tangible business impact.
Create engaging learning experiences that strengthen retention, belonging, and career growth for high-performing talent, fostering a culture of continuous development.
Develop career frameworks with clear competency progression, enabling employees to visualize and navigate development paths that align with their aspirations and company needs.
Build manager enablement programs that equip people leaders to conduct effective development conversations, provide meaningful feedback, and create growth opportunities within their teams.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Product organizations to ensure alignment between formal learning initiatives and role-specific enablement programs that drive real-world application.
Ensure consistent messaging, avoid duplicative efforts, and create integrated development journeys for customer-facing and technical roles to enhance overall coherence and efficiency.
Establish governance models that clarify ownership while maximizing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that learning initiatives are both accountable and scalable.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize learning management systems and development platforms that enable personalized learning at scale, leveraging data to inform decisions and improvements.
Use Dru MetaGraph, Druva's graph-powered intelligence layer, to connect critical business context so customers can understand risk, respond faster, recover cleanly, and govern data with greater confidence, while applying similar analytical approaches to internal learning initiatives.
Requirements
You must hold 3-5 years relevant experience in learning and development, demonstrating a consistent track record of delivering results in complex environments.
You must demonstrate experience managing enterprise learning platforms and tools, including the ability to oversee implementation, adoption, and optimization.
You must show ability to translate business strategy into learning interventions that drive measurable outcomes and support organizational objectives.
You must communicate effectively with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, conveying complex concepts clearly and influencing without direct authority.
You must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment where priorities evolve and agility is essential for success.
You must have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create impactful and engaging learning experiences.
You must possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure quality delivery across all learning programs.
You must demonstrate a commitment to data-driven decision making, using insights and feedback to continuously refine learning programs and prove the value of learning initiatives.
